Welcome to Story Stitchers

Digital Marketing Agency That Stitches Your Story Into Revenue

From traffic to leads to better CAC, every campaign is planned to solve a real business problem – not just fill a report.

Trusted by brands in education, fintech, real estate & ecommerce

The Numbers We're Proud Of

We don’t chase clicks for the sake of reports. Every SEO plan, ad campaign and content strategy is built around business outcomes, more qualified traffic, better leads, lower acquisition costs and long-term growth.

2x

Monthly Leads via SEO

Took an edtech brand from 8,000 to 15,000 organic leads per month, from the bottom of the funnel category keywords.

>60%

Lower CPL via Meta Ads

Reduced cost per lead by over 60% and cut customer acquisition cost by 30% through a restructured Meta Ads strategy.

500%

Growth in Chat Leads

A targeted chatbot strategy that multiplied chat-based lead volume 5x, turning a passive channel into a primary one.

Your Story,

Seamlessly Stitched

We started because too many businesses were being sold platforms instead of solutions – more ad spend, more platforms, more noise. So we built something different: a team that starts with your business problem, not a service menu. From SEO and paid ads to content and ecommerce, every channel we touch is pointed at one thing – your revenue.

Diagnose
First

We start with a deep audit of your brand, audience, and competitive landscape before anything else.

Build for the Long Run

No quick-fix campaigns. Every strategy is designed for sustainable, compounding growth.

Stay Accountable

We report on what drives revenue, not what looks good on a slide. You'll always know where your money went.

Stories We Stitch Across Sectors

TAPMI · Srishti Manipal · ITM Group

A name like Manipal University already gets searched for directly, so the job is being found, not introduced.

A growing network like ITM Group is still earning that same recognition, so the job starts a step earlier. Two institutions, two different starting lines, the same finish line.

Education

Proschool · FPA Edutech · SISYA Class

Course discovery in edtech moves fast across search, ads, and YouTube at once, and most brands just need to run all three well.

Every so often, the real problem is upstream: leads going in and quietly disappearing before anyone notices.

We’ve learned to check the pipe before reaching for more spend.

Edtech

Shoonya · Samco · jUMPP · Zenith Finserve

A trading platform earns belief through long, patient explanation, which is why video does more work than any ad in that category.

A personal finance brand answers a quieter, more searching kind of question, which is why a place like Quora matters as much as a search ranking. Same industry, different nervous systems.

Finance

Neelagri · Makebot Robotics

Amazon rewards different signals than Flipkart, and both reward different signals than your own website, so scaling all three at once means refusing to treat them as one channel.

Sometimes the real starting point is even earlier than that: a website that’s actually built to convert in the first place.

Ecommerce

HoABL · Finblaze

In a small, expensive micro-market, every rupee of media has to land with precision; that part is its own discipline.

But the bigger lesson real estate has taught us is that reputation often outweighs the media plan, and it has to work twice: once for the people buying, once for the people you’re trying to hire.

Real Estate

The Outpost.ai

An AI-run news site can publish at a volume no human team could match, and that exact strength is what triggered a Google penalty severe enough to erase its visibility overnight.

Recovering meant understanding the automation well enough to rebuild trust in it, not just patch the symptoms.

02.

Full Digital
Audit

We go through everything – your ad accounts, SEO data, social media channels, ecommerce performance, CRM data and competitive landscape. Not surface-level. Not automated. Our team reviews your actual numbers so we know exactly what we’re working with before we say a word about strategy.

03.

Strategy Built
From Scratch

No copy-paste frameworks. No industry templates. Based on the audit, we build a strategy specific to your brand, your audience, and your goals. Two clients won’t get the same plan, because they’re not the same business.

We Walk You
Through It All

We get on a call and present the full strategy, the reasoning behind every recommendation, the channels we’ve chosen, the ones we’ve ruled out, and the plan to hit your goals. You get to ask every possible question.

Digital Marketing Myths

The more you spend on ads, the better the results.

We wish it were that simple. In reality, throwing more budget at Google or Meta Ads without fixing your targeting, creatives, or landing pages just means you’re burning cash faster.

We’ve seen brands cut ad spend and grow leads because the strategy finally matched the audience.

Spend smarter, not louder, and your CAC will thank you.

Being everywhere sounds impressive in a board meeting, but it rarely moves revenue.

If your buyers live on LinkedIn and you’re pouring resources into Instagram Reels, you’re spreading your team thin for nothing.

We help brands pick two or three platforms where their actual audience spends time, and go deep instead of wide.

This one sounds appealing until you see the results.

Marketing that ignores your sales feedback, product roadmap, and customer insights ends up disconnected from your business reality.

The best campaigns we’ve run came from genuine back-and-forth with the client’s team, not from an agency disappearing for a month and resurfacing with a report.

Usually, it’s not the industry that failed, it’s the strategy.

We’ve taken edtech brands from 8K to 15K leads through SEO alone, and slashed Meta Ads CPL by over 60% for clients who’d written off paid social entirely.

If digital marketing didn’t work before, chances are the fundamentals, audience research, messaging, funnel design, weren’t in place.

Bigger often means your account gets handed to a junior team while the senior folks pitch the next client.

Size doesn’t guarantee attention, strategy, or results, it just guarantees more layers between you and the people doing the work.

What actually matters is whether the team understands your business and stays accountable for outcomes.

Some of the most efficient growth stories come from smaller players, precisely because they can’t afford to waste money on vanity campaigns.

With the right strategy, even a modest budget can outperform a bloated one.

Digital marketing isn’t a luxury for big players, it’s often the great equalizer for smaller brands.

If that were true, every agency would be in business for the same reason: results.

In reality, the gap between an agency that runs ads and one that builds a revenue-driven strategy grounded in frameworks like AIDA and STP is massive.

Two agencies can run the exact same campaign type and land wildly different outcomes depending on the thinking behind it.

We love a great product, but even the best ones need to be discovered, understood, and trusted before someone buys.

Marketing isn’t about being “aggressive”, it’s about making sure the right people know your product exists and why it matters to them.

Without that, even brilliant products quietly sit unnoticed.

Competitor activity tells you what they’re trying, not what’s working.

We’ve seen brands copy a competitor’s ad strategy or content style only to get completely different (often worse) results, because their audience, positioning, or goals were never the same to begin with.

Your strategy should be built around your business, not someone else’s guesswork.

We get why this sounds appealing, but marketing that happens in a vacuum, without input from your team, tends to drift away from what your business actually needs.

The brands that grow fastest with us are the ones who stay in the loop: sharing feedback, flagging what’s happening on the ground, and treating us as an extension of their team, not a black box.

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find the answers you need?
We’re here to help with any questions you have!

What does a digital marketing agency do exactly?

Honestly, depends who you ask, half the founders I talk to think it means “you run my Instagram,” and the other half think it means “you make my ad spend disappear into thin air and somehow bring back leads.”

Neither’s wrong, exactly. A digital marketing agency is meant to be the team that connects every piece of your online presence, your website, your search rankings, your paid ads, your content, even how your sales team follows up, into one strategy actually pointed at revenue, not just “being active online.”

That last part is where most agencies quietly drop the ball.

They’ll happily run your ads and post your content, but nobody’s asking whether the leads those ads bring in are leads your sales team can actually close.

We made that the whole point of how we work.

I’ll give you the answer most agencies won’t: it depends entirely on the agency, and a lot of them genuinely aren’t worth it.

I’ve sat across the table from enough frustrated marketing heads to know the pattern – they hired someone, spent six figures over a year, and walked away with a folder full of impression and reach screenshots and not much else.

That’s not a digital marketing problem. That’s a “this particular agency optimised for keeping you happy with vanity numbers instead of growing your revenue” problem.

Done right – someone actually mapping your funnel, watching your CAC, talking to your sales team about which leads convert, it’s one of the better investments a growing business can make.

We’ve cut Google Ads CPL by over 33% and Meta Ads CPL by over 60% for clients, and that only happens when the agency is solving the right problem, not just spending your budget faster.

Most people picture this as: sign a contract, agency runs some ads, you wait for a report.

Here’s what it actually looks like when it’s working, at least how we run it.

It starts with us getting uncomfortably specific about your business: not just “what’s your industry,” but what your sales team hears on calls, where leads drop off, what your product team already knows about who actually sticks around as a customer.

We borrow from old-school frameworks here – AIDA, STP, the 7Ps, not because they’re trendy, but because they force you to think through who you’re targeting and why, instead of jumping straight to “let’s boost this post.”

From there it’s strategy, then execution across whichever mix of SEO, paid ads, content, or web actually fits your funnel, then reporting back on what moved the needle – not what looked good in a slide.

This is the question every founder asks, and almost no agency answers honestly, mostly because the honest answer is “it depends so much that a flat number would be misleading.”

Agencies typically charge one of three ways: a flat monthly retainer, a percentage of the ad spend they’re managing, or a project fee for one-off work like a website build or an SEO audit.

None of these is inherently the “right” one – a retainer suits ongoing strategy and reporting, a percentage model can align incentives well when ad spend is substantial, and project fees work for clearly scoped, one-time work.

What actually moves the number is less about the model and more about scope: how many channels you’re running, how competitive your industry is, and frankly, how senior the team on your account actually is.

I’d be cautious of anyone quoting a number before understanding any of that.

I’m not going to throw a number at you here, and not because I’m dodging the question – it’s because any figure I gave without knowing your industry, your current setup, and what you’re actually trying to achieve would be a guess dressed up as a quote.

What I can tell you is how we think about it: we don’t sell fixed “packages” in the one-size sense, because a real estate brand needing performance marketing and lead gen looks nothing like an ecommerce brand needing platform management and branding.

What we do instead is start with a free strategy call, understand what you’re actually solving for, and scope something that matches it, so you’re paying for what your business needs, not line items that sound good in a proposal.

If you want a real number instead of a guess, that call is the fastest way there.

An in-house person knows your brand better than anyone ever will – they sit in your Monday meetings, they’ve heard the founder’s pet phrases, they know which client almost walked away last quarter.

That’s real, and an agency can’t fully replace it.

What an agency brings instead is range and pattern recognition: we’re not running ads for one brand, we’re running them across ten, watching what’s working in education versus what’s working in real estate, and bringing those patterns back to you instead of you figuring everything out from zero.

There’s also the practical math, hiring a full-time SEO specialist, a paid ads person, a content writer, and a designer costs more than most businesses realise, and most of them won’t be fully utilised on day one.

The honest answer, in my experience, is that the best setups aren’t “agency versus in-house” at all – they’re an in-house lead who owns the relationship, working alongside an agency that brings the specialist execution.

Generally speaking, no.

Any business with a workable budget and an actual growth plan can benefit from good digital marketing.

But I’ll be straight about where we specifically fit, because I’d rather you know that upfront than find out three months in.

Story Stitchers is built for medium and large enterprises – brands with a marketing budget that can sustain real testing and iteration, not a few thousand rupees thrown at boosted posts.

That’s not snobbery, it’s just how the math works: strategic, framework-driven marketing needs enough budget and enough data flowing back to actually optimise against.

If you’re a smaller business just starting out, a freelancer or a smaller boutique setup might genuinely serve you better right now, and that’s a fine place to be. Come back to us once you’re ready to scale.

I’m going to dodge the word “best” for a second, because it’s been used so loosely it barely means anything anymore – every agency website claims it, including some I personally wouldn’t hire.

What I can tell you is what we’re confident about, and why.

We don’t pitch you Google Ads or Meta Ads as our default menu – we build a strategy first, and only recommend the channels that strategy actually points to.

That approach took an edtech client from 8,000 to 15,000 leads through SEO alone, cut Google Ads CPL by more than 33%, and cut Meta Ads CPL by over 60% for others.

We’ve worked with 10+ brands, managed more than ₹50 lakhs in ad spend, and our average client sticks around for 18+ months, which, in an industry known for clients leaving after one bad quarter, says something.

That’s not us telling you we’re the best. That’s just what happened when we did the work right.

When I’m evaluating any vendor for my own business, here’s roughly the checklist running through my head – I think it applies just as well to picking an agency for your industry.

First: have they actually worked in your industry, or are they generalists hoping the playbook transfers?

A strategy that works for an ecommerce brand selling a ₹500 product doesn’t automatically work for a real estate developer selling a ₹50 lakh flat with a six-month decision cycle.

Second: do they understand your industry’s actual cost benchmarks – what a “good” CAC looks like in education versus fintech – instead of quoting generic industry-average numbers.

Third, and this is the one most people skip: can they show case studies from your industry specifically, not impressive numbers from somewhere else dressed up to sound relevant.

We focus deliberately on education, ecommerce, real estate, and fintech for exactly this reason – depth beats breadth when the buyer psychology is this different across industries.

Yes – geography has never really been the filter for us.

We’re based out of Ahmedabad, but the nature of this work means a strategy call, a shared doc, and a Slack thread work just as well whether your office is across town or across a few time zones.

What actually matters to us is the same thing regardless of where you’re based: a workable budget, a real growth mandate, and someone on your side willing to actually collaborate instead of just forwarding briefs back and forth.

If you’re working across time zones, we’ll build the cadence of calls and updates around what’s realistic for both sides – that’s a logistics question, not a dealbreaker.
